Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background in the local area.

I moved to Tucson in 2003, originally coming out here as a Software Engineer turned Project Manager and now Real Estate Professional. I’m originally from Indianapolis, Indiana. My better half, Eseosa, is from Oakland, California and he moved here in 2002. Eseosa has been a REALTOR® since 2009. Eseosa and I formed The Show Me Tucson Team in 2018.

What brought you to Keller Williams Southern Arizona?

The culture and education are what first attracted Eseosa to KWSA back in 2010. For me as a newer agent, it was the education as well. It was important to gain as much real estate knowledge as I could. Eseosa and I were impressed with KWSA’s business model, culture, and numerous educational opportunities.

What do you like most about working with the KWSA team?

Everyone is willing to help each other. We appreciate the support from the KSWA staff and from our colleagues. It’s not about competition. We all have a similar goal of helping our clients with their real estate needs to the best of our abilities.

Do you have a favorite client story you would like to share where you believe you helped them the most?

Recently, the market has been extremely tough for buyers. We had one couple that put in over ten purchase offers and went under contract three times before finding the right house to call home. It was discouraging and frustrating at times. Our clients contemplated moving away from Tucson completely due to things not working out as they had planned. But with faith and patience, THE RIGHT HOME came along. It was a rocky road, but our clients stuck it out. They were so excited on closing day! It was the best feeling to be able to help this couple finally realize their dream of owning their own home.

What is the secret to your success?

Consistency. It’s hard work. It took changing our mindset about our business, the work we do, and the value we bring to our clients. Being consistent and putting together systems has been the key to getting us this far. Our systems are far from perfect, but they are light years better than they were. I am truly thankful for our coaches helping us realize that.

If you could give one piece of helpful advice to a new real estate agent, what would that be?

Be consistent! Do what you say you will do!

Where do you see yourself in the future?

Growing our business and growing our team! Short term goal (year goal) would be to double the amount of transactions that we closed in 2021. Long term goal is that we become one of the top husband/wife teams in KWSA.
