Tell us a little bit about yourself and your background in the local area.

My passion for real estate has been ongoing for many years. Over the last two decades, I have gained in depth knowledge of Tucson and surrounding areas. Prior to being a real estate professional, I worked in escrow with a local title company. This experience gave me valuable insight into the intricate details of the home closing process. I pride myself in being compassionate and knowledgeable about the home buying, selling and relocation process.

What brought you to Keller Williams Southern Arizona?

After working at two different local brokerages in my first year as an agent I found my way to Keller Williams. I wanted a place where I could learn, grow, and feel supported. That’s exactly what I found at KWSA.

What do you like most about working with the KWSA team?

The culture is second to none! If you truly want to “level up” KWSA is the place to be. The staff and agents will teach you, show you, and then walk beside you in your success. KWSA has created a “pull up a chair, there’s always room at the table” atmosphere and it shows.

Do you have a favorite client story you would like to share where you believe you helped them the most?

Everyone I help has a story and I’m privileged to be part of it. Maybe it’s someone’s first home, last home or a hundred variations of life in between. I love what I do and can honestly say I have hundreds of favorites!

What is the secret to your success?

Focus on the people, love what you do, learn as much as you can, then show up and do the work! Take the time to speak to people but more importantly take the time to listen. Let people know you appreciate them! Find something you love and support it, treat people with respect, say please, thank you, and always come from contribution.

If you could give one piece of helpful advice to a new real estate agent, what would that be?

Talk to everyone, all the time! Take a few minutes to chat with the cashier at the grocery store, people in the checkout line, the bank teller, the guy next to you on the airplane, the server at your favorite restaurant and even the Amazon delivery driver! People remember you when you take the time to speak to them.

Where do you see yourself in the future?

Grateful, happy, and blessed!
